Introduction

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dr Pick mobile application (the “App”) operated by Renetics Life Sciences Pvt Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the App.

Definitions

App: The Dr Pick mobile application, available on iOS and Android platforms.
Services: All features, functions, and services provided through the App including medicine ordering, ordering medical devices/equipment/implants/machines, lab test/scan bookings, doctor consultations, advise regarding health insurance and ambulance bookings. All the services available on this application are rendered by independent third-party service providers. Dr Pick application function as a digital aggregator and service facilitator only.
User: Any individual [client or customer] who accesses and uses the App.
Content: All information, text, graphics, photos or other materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the App.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the App you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the App and for any activities or actions that occur under your password. We encourage you to use “strong” passwords (passwords that use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols) with your account.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Renetics Life Sciences Pvt Ltd, a Renetics Life Sciences Pvt Ltd employee, another user or any other person or entity.
Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the App.
Use the App in any manner that could disable, overburden and damage or impair the App or interfere with any other party’s use of the App.
Use any robot, spider or other automatic device, process or means to access the App for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the App.
Introduce any Viruses, Trojan horses, Worms, Logic Bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Renetics Life Sciences Pvt Ltd and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of both India and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Renetics Life Sciences Pvt Ltd.

User Content

Our App may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos or other material. You are responsible for the content that you post on or through the App, including its legality, reliability and appropriateness.

By posting content on or through the App, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce and distribute such content on and through the App. You retain any and all of your rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the App and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

Pharmacy Order

The App allows users to order medication with valid doctor prescription and over-the-counter medications which are going to be supplied by the third party licensed pharmacies only and Dr Pick application acts as a digital aggregator and service facilitator only. By using this service, you agree to:

Provide valid and authentic prescriptions for prescription medications which should be written clearly.
Provide accurate delivery information.
Pay the listed price for the medications plus any applicable taxes and delivery fees.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the purchase and use of medications.
The application will not take any responsibility for any mismatched supply of medications from the licensed pharmacy due to an incorrect reading of the prescription by the pharmacist. However, the application will assist in resolving the issue by providing the pharmacy’s address so that the mismatched medications can be returned and the pharmacist will be given the opportunity to provide the medicine as per the user’s choice. If any additional payment is required for that medication, the user must pay the difference and receive the medication. Similarly, if the pharmacist receive any extra payment from the user, the excess amount must be returned to the user in such exchange process.
Dr Pick application collects payments on behalf of licensed Pharmacy Suppliers and orders are fulfilled directly by the respective supplier.

Terms of Payment

If a user cancels an order after making payment through the Dr Pick application, the refund will be processed as per the refund policy. The amount will be returned to the original payment method within the period of 7 working days.

We reserve the right to refuse any order for prescription medications if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the prescription is invalid, expired or otherwise not in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Disclaimer:

Dr Pick acts solely as a digital aggregator and service facilitator, providing a platform to connect users with third-party healthcare service providers. The Application does not own, operate, or control any of the services offered by these providers.

Lab Tests and Scans

The App allows users to book laboratory tests. By using this service, you agree to:

Provide accurate personal information.
All lab tests are conducted by independent, certified third-party laboratories.
Accuracy, quality, and reporting of results are the responsibility of the respective laboratory.
Payments are non-refundable once the test is scheduled or the sample is collected; refunds, if any, follow the laboratory’s policy.
Customers must provide accurate personal and medical information and comply with applicable regulations.
Attend the scheduled appointment or cancel/reschedule in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Pay the listed price for the tests plus any applicable taxes and fees.
Follow pre-test instructions (e.g., fasting) as required for the specific tests.
Dr Pick serves only as a digital platform to facilitate test bookings and report delivery. The lab is solely responsible for sample collection, testing, and report accuracy. Dr Pick is not liable for any errors or issues related to the test results.
Dr Pick application collects payments on behalf of licensed Lab/ Diagnostic Centers and orders are fulfilled directly by the respective Lab/ Diagnostic Centers.

Limitation of Liability:

The Application shall not be liable for any discrepancies, errors, or deficiencies arising in connection with sample collection, sample transportation, or the reporting of test results. The Application’s responsibility is strictly limited to facilitating access to information pertaining to the respective Laboratory and its location where the tests were conducted. In the event of any such concerns, Users may reach out to our customer support executive at +91 99 66 90 81 81 for necessary assistance.

Terms of Payment

If a user cancels a lab test or scan booking after making payment through the Dr Pick application, the refund will be processed in accordance with the refund policy. The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Doctor Consultation

The App allows users to consult with healthcare professionals. By using this service, you agree to:

Provide accurate health information.
All doctor consultations are provided by independent third-party medical professionals.
The third-party doctor is solely responsible for the advice, diagnosis, and treatment provided.
Attend the scheduled consultation or cancel/reschedule in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Pay the listed price for the consultation plus any applicable taxes and fees.
Use the consultation service only for non-emergency medical conditions.
Seek emergency medical care at hospitals only for serious or life-threatening conditions, the application services can be used exclusively only for non-emergency medical conditions.
While attending the video or audio consultation through Dr Pick application, if patient gets any kind of medical emergency, patient should be taken to nearby Hospital as emergency cases cannot be treated through online consultation.
Any disturbance to initiate the consultation or any disturbance during the consultation, User should report to the executive at 9966908181 and there is a chance of re-scheduling the appointment if required.
Patients are responsible for complying with all applicable medical regulations and ensuring eligibility for the consultation.
Personal and medical information shared during consultations will be handled according to privacy laws, we are not responsible for third-party misuse.
If the User wants to cancel the Doctor’s Online Appointment, the User must cancel the appointment one hour before the already scheduled appointment.
Patients must maintain respectful and polite behavior; offensive language or threats are prohibited.
Harassment, intimidation, or misuse of the application is not allowed.
Disruptive behavior may lead to termination of the consultation.
Misbehavior may result in denial of future consultations and forfeiture of fees.
Dr Pick application collects payments on behalf of Registered Medical Practitioners and the consultation services are provided and fulfilled solely by the respective Registered Medical Practitioners, and Dr Pick acts only as a facilitator.

Limitation of Liability:

The Application shall not be liable for any discrepancies, errors, or deficiencies arising from online doctor consultations, including medical advice, diagnosis, or prescriptions provided by the consulting doctor. The Application’s role is limited to facilitating access to registered medical practitioners and scheduling consultations. For any concerns, Users may contact our customer support executive at +91 99 66 90 81 81 for assistance.

Terms of Payment

If the user wishes to cancel an online doctor appointment, the cancellation must be made at least one hour before the scheduled time to be eligible for a refund. The refund will be processed within 7 working days.
For doctor consultations (audio, video, or chat), the paid amount will not be refunded if the patient joins the call late. Delays of more than 15 minutes will not be accepted.

You acknowledge and agree that the healthcare professionals providing consultations through the App are independent contractors and not employees of Renetics Life Sciences Pvt Ltd. We do not provide medical advice or treatment and are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of the medical advice provided by the healthcare professionals.

Disclaimer:

Medical Devices

Provide valid and authentic prescription for ordering Medical Devices/ Implants which should be written clearly.
Provide accurate delivery information.
Product quality, warranty, and after-sales service are the responsibility of the supplier.
Pay the listed price for the Medical Devices/ Implants plus any applicable taxes and delivery fees.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the purchase and use of Medical Devices/ Implants.
The application will not take any responsibility for any mismatched supply of Medical Devices/ Implants from the licensed supplier due to an incorrect reading of the prescription by the supplier. However, the application will assist in resolving the issue by providing the supplier’s address so that the mismatched Medical Devices/ Implants can be returned and the supplier will be given the opportunity to provide the Medical Devices/ Implants as per the user’s choice. If any additional payment is required for that Medical Devices/ Implants, the user must pay the difference and receive the Medical Devices/ Implants. Similarly, if the supplier receive any extra payment from the user, the excess amount must be returned to the user.

Terms of Payment

We reserve the right to refuse any order for medical devices or implants if, in our sole discretion, we determine that it does not comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Disclaimer:

Medical Equipment

Provide accurate delivery information.
Product quality, warranty, and after-sales service are the responsibility of the supplier.
Pay the listed price for the Medical Equipment plus any applicable taxes and delivery fees.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the purchase and use of Medical Equipment.
The application will not take any responsibility for any mismatched supply of Medical Equipment from the licensed supplier. However, the application will assist in resolving the issue by providing the supplier’s address so that the mismatched Medical Equipment can be returned and the supplier will be given the opportunity to provide the Medical Equipment as per the user’s choice. If any additional payment is required for that Medical Equipment, the user must pay the difference and receive the Medical Equipment. Similarly, if the supplier receive any extra payment from the user, the excess amount must be returned to the user.
Dr Pick application collects payments on behalf of licensed Medical Equipment Suppliers and orders are fulfilled directly by the respective supplier.

Terms of Payment

If a user cancels an order after making payment through the Dr Pick application, the refund will be processed as per the refund policy. The amount will be returned to the original payment method within the period of 7 working days.

We reserve the right to refuse any order for Medical Equipment if, in our sole discretion, we determine that it does not comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Disclaimer:

Diagnostic Machines

All diagnostic machines listed on our application are provided by independent third-party supplier.
Provide accurate delivery information.
The third-party supplier is solely responsible for product quality, performance, warranty, installation, and after-sales service.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds or returns, if any, will strictly follow the supplier’s policies.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the purchase and use of these machines comply with all applicable medical laws and regulations.
Our role is limited to facilitating the transaction. We do not manufacture, test, or guarantee these machines.

Therapeutic Machines

All therapeutic machines listed on our application are provided by independent third-party supplier.
Provide accurate delivery information.
The third-party supplier is solely responsible for product quality, performance, warranty, installation, and after-sales service.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds or returns, if any, will strictly follow the supplier’s policies.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the purchase and use of these machines comply with all applicable medical laws and regulations.
Our role is limited to facilitating the transaction. We do not manufacture, test, or guarantee these machines.
Dr Pick application collects payments on behalf of licensed Therapeutic Machine Suppliers and orders are fulfilled directly by the respective Therapeutic Machine Suppliers.

Terms of Payment

If a user cancels an order after making payment through the Dr Pick application, the refund will be processed as per the refund policy. The amount will be returned to the original payment method within the period of 7 working days.

Health Insurance

Health insurance plans available on this application are provided by third-party insurers. Dr Pick application acts as a digital aggregator and service facilitator only and is not responsible for policy issuance, acceptance, rejection, or claims.
All premiums, coverage, and benefits are subject to the insurer’s terms and conditions.
Claims must be made directly with the insurer, and we are not liable for delays, rejections, or disputes.
By purchasing, you agree to comply with the insurer’s policies and applicable laws.

Disclaimer:

Ambulance Services

Service Facilitation Only: Dr Pick acts solely as a digital aggregator and facilitator for booking ambulance services. The actual service, including vehicle availability, response time, and patient handling, is provided by third-party ambulance operators.

Third-Party Responsibility: All operational aspects such as driver conduct, vehicle condition, punctuality, and quality of medical assistance are the sole responsibility of the respective service provider. Dr Pick does not own, operate, or control any ambulance services.

Liability Disclaimer: Dr Pick shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, service failures, or adverse incidents that may occur during the provision of ambulance services.

User Acknowledgment: By booking an ambulance through the Dr Pick application, the user acknowledges that Dr Pick’s role is limited to connecting users with third-party service providers and agrees that all service-related issues must be directed to the respective provider.

Emergency Disclaimer: The ambulance booking service provided through the application is subject to availability and response time of third-party providers. Users are advised to contact local emergency numbers directly in life-threatening situations.

Dr Pick acts solely as a digital aggregator and service facilitator for ambulance services. Any delays, deficiencies, or service-related issues are the sole responsibility of the respective third-party service provider, and Dr Pick shall not be held liable for such occurrences.

Terms of Payment

Dr Pick application collects payments on behalf of licensed Ambulance Service Provider and services are fulfilled directly by the respective Ambulance Service Provider.
Refunds for cancelled ambulance bookings shall be processed in accordance with the policies of the respective third-party ambulance service provider.
If a user cancels the ambulance booking after making payment through the Dr Pick application, the refund will be processed as per the refund policy. The amount will be returned to the original payment method within the period of 7 working days.

Disclaimer:

Invoice and Payment Terms

All invoices pertaining to Doctor Consultations, Pharmacy Orders, Lab Tests and Scans, Medical Devices, Medical Equipment, Therapeutic Machines, and Ambulance Services shall be issued solely by the respective third-party service providers. The Dr Pick Application is authorized only to facilitate online payment collection on behalf of these providers and shall not be deemed the issuer of any such invoices.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Renetics Life Sciences Pvt Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other tangible and intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App (iii) any content obtained from the App and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

*All the services available on this application are rendered by the independent third party service providers and the Renetics Life Sciences Pvt Ltd., d/b/a ‘Dr Pick mobile application’ will only facilitate the process of providing the service as a digital aggregator and as a service facilitator only. Hence, no legal liability rests with the Renetics Life Sciences Pvt Ltd d/b/a ‘Dr Pick mobile application’.

Disclaimer

Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Renetics Life Sciences Pvt Ltd, its subsidiaries, affiliates and its licensors do not warrant that a) the App will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location b) any errors or defects will be corrected c) the App is free of viruses or other harmful components or d) the results of using the App will meet your requirements.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. Please stop using the app if you do not agree to the new terms.
